I know that there is already an existing post about this issue and problem is resolved by uninstalling existing app in the emulator but This is happening quite often for me recently although app installed in the emulator and current debugging version is the same number. I am getting this error very often after upgrading latest xamarin.forms, android.support libraries and vs 2017. Does anybody else having this? I am worried about production updates.
