CollectionView how to disable scrolling ?

Hi all,

Is there a way to disable scrolling in CollectionView ... unfortunately I have not found how to do this on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/xamarin/xamarin-forms/user-interface/collectionview/scrolling

I want to be able only programmatically scroll CollectionView and enable scrolling whenever logic allow it
