How to gather the selected row, first cell when the user clicks on one of the rows within listview?

well i want to use the xamarin Forms listview not the android widget listview. all i want is from another page where a list view displays content from a table which i have done, from there when the user clicks on one of the rows, to take the first column cell only and then take that name into another page where it will be placed in a Label. i want to know how i can do that. i have given the listview a name, which is called "saved_partners", i even tried an adapter, but its way too confusing for me. I kinda need some help with this been stuck all day
