How do I "delete" AndroidManifest so that Xamarin builds a new one

Hello. I am having a few problems in my project, and I think one of the reasons could be the "weird" AndroidManifest I have. I played with it before when I didn't know much about it and I am not sure if it uses another one it builds or the "weird" one I have. I would like to delete it and create a new one from scratch, but the project became loaded with NuGets. How do I make that so Xamarin builds another one? Or should I do it myself?
