How to draw more than one circle on map?

Hi everybody!
I have follow docs.microsoft.com to draw a circle. The circle only draw one time when page loaded. I need to draw more and change radius of circle with out reload page!
Now:
1. How to draw the second circle?
2. How to change the radius of current circle
