Speech Recognizer error on IOS

I have implemented this code in my APP. https://github.com/dev-aritra/XFSpeech
Everything works on android. In IOS, when I run the "_speechRecognizer.GetRecognitionTask ..." instruction, I get this error:
{The operation couldn’t be completed. (kAFAssistantErrorDomain error 216.)}
