Custom slider control

Hi All,

I'm try to implement a custom slider in XF using custom renderers for Android and iOS as exiting slider doesn't match properly.
Basically I need to increase the thickness of slider bar.
Found a solution for Android: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/45602266/increase-height-of-slider-without-affecting-thumb-in-android-app.

Still couldn't find a way in iOS. Any idea?
