firebase plugin did not work

regarding to firebase plugin , after i applied the steps which mentioned on the documentaion of the plugin i could not get the data on the notification body and the following events did not work ( CrossFirebasePushNotification.Current.OnNotificationReceived, CrossFirebasePushNotification.Current.OnNotificationOpened)
