VS 2017/2019 Xamarin.Forms creating button event handler naming problem (Mac)

Hello, I am having an issue with creating a button event handler, it always creates an event handler with the name Handle_Clicked. If there are more event handlers then it just adds a number to Handle_Clicked. There is no other option to choose when creating an event handler other than Handle_Clicked.
