Xamarin Forms solution is not loading correctly

I have created a XF solution using visual studio 2017. When trying to manage nuget package, the following error occurs.

Right Click on c# solution > "Manage Nuget Packages" is showing the below error

System.ArgumentException: '' is not a valid version string.
at NuGet.Versioning.VersionRange.Parse(String value, Boolean allowFloating)
at NuGet.PackageManagement.VisualStudio.VsManagedLanguagesProjectSystemServices.ToPackageLibraryDependency(PackageReference reference)
at System.Linq.Enumerable.WhereSelectEnumerableIterator`2.MoveNext()

Issue is only for c# project."Manage Nuget pakage" is working fine for Android Project.
