Radio Button for Xamarin Cross Platorms

Hi Guys
Is anyone knows how to use radio buttons in xamarin?
I used XLabs for the checkbox.
Can I also use XLabs for radio?
Is there any other solution without using Packages, coz I already used a lot of packages.
