How can I create a radio button control

Dear experts,

I am new to Xamarin.Forms. I just realized that Xamarin has no radio button control out of the box. Could you please refer me to a place where I could get one?

I cannot afford paying thousands to buy it from Syncfusion.
Also, I looked at http://bsubramanyamraju.blogspot.com/2018/03/how-to-create-radiobutton-in_13.html. This one seems simple enough, but no images provided. Another one I found was too complicated for me.

Please advise.
