Section Index feature in Xamarin Forms

Hello everyone

Is there a way to create a "Section Index" (Xamarin Android feature) in a Listview using Xamarin Forms? I´ve been searching for a while without result except for this one https://github.com/xamarin/Xamarin.Forms/issues/1481 but testing that example it does not showing the bubble on my Android emulation (Oreo).

Any help is welcome.
