Is there any XAML designing tool ?

Hi,
I'm using Xamarin forms to design cross platform app.
I'm using XAML to design the user interface, still now I'm doing code to design the user interface, it is hectic and time consuming.
Is there any tool for visual studio 2015 for designing the user interface, so that I can use predefined views or layout from tool bar and do drag and drop to design my XAML page.
