Screen Recorder for current application with Audio and Adding annotations(Arrow) to the screen

Hello,

I want add Screen recorder with Audio and Adding annotations to the screen while recording video and play back it again. We have ReplayKit in iOS. But I want to implement that both in Android and iOS using Xamarin.Forms. Appreciate if someone can help me.
