I have bade counter in the toolbar with tab page .. the problem that I want this number to be shared in the application and don't changed if the the tab current page changed but if i select another page the badge is hidden

if i did the same code in on appearing in each page it works but it hidden little then appear again so i want it static in all pages any solutions for this ?
