How to get the screen location (Bounds or Y) of an item in a listview using Xamarin Forms.

Is there a way to get the position on screen of an item (row) in a listview either from a selection or tapped event?
Is there a way to get the position on screen of an item (row) using the index of the item in the associated collection source?
