System.MissingMethodException: Default constructor not found for type test.Droid.MyCustomViewClass

Hi Folks,

I created a small project that uses a custom control. I'm trying to run this project and I get the error message:
System.MissingMethodException: Default constructor not found for type test.Droid.MyCustomViewClass

I know there's a known issue about the linker removing classes that aren't used and with dependency injection like this, it appears to the linker that the class is in fact not used, but how do you fix this in Visual Studio 2013? I don't see where to disable this managed linker?

Thanks!
Mike
