ListView with horizontal layout in Windows RT versions (bug)

I have detected an error in the versions of Windows RT.
I have a ListView.
The ViewCell consists of a vertical StackPanel.
The StackPanel includes a second horizontal StackPanel with a graphic and text.
The problem is that this text does not flow vertically in WindowsRT versions and the horizontal content exceeds the width of the screen.
